The W4 Deutschland GmbH has acquired the marketing department of Curagita AG on 1 May 2016. In light of the acquisition, W4 will open new offices. All current employees will keep their jobs and work for W4 going forward. All services for the radiology practices handled by the Curagita marketing department will be continued. Nothing changes for the members of the Radiolgienetz.
The Curagita AG manages the German radiology network, in which around 360 independent radiologists (medical practices and hospital departments) are currently organized.
Clients of W4 and Curagita benefit
Curagita hopes to further improve the marketing services for its clients by outsourcing its marketing department to W4.
