Our "Customer Platform meets Tapas" event, held on October 17th in the beautiful glass hall of Trafo Baden, brought together our guests to explore the intersection of efficiency and intelligence. Together, we delved into the capabilities of HubSpot, powered by artificial intelligence.
Our day kicked off officially at around 9 am with coffee and pastries, and a warm welcome from our CEO, Sarah Wilhelm.
In her first presentation, Sarah Wilhelm introduced us to the fascinating flywheel concept. Unlike the static funnel, the flywheel sees customer relationships as a continuous cycle. All customer-facing teams work hand in hand to create a positive customer experience and drive business growth.
With our minds full of new ideas, we took a break to network and enjoy some delicious food. The conversations flowed easily as we discussed the insights from the presentations, and the freshly prepared tapas were a real treat.

After this additional informative input for our guests, our time together unfortunately came to an end. Our final survey, however, surprised even our most experienced experts. 90% of participants stated that they were not yet fully utilizing HubSpot's potential. Almost half of all attendees indicated that they were not familiar with all the available features, closely followed by the fact that they did not have enough time to deal with the frequent releases of new components of the Customer Platform.
These results have shown us that the rapid speed at which HubSpot is bringing new features to market can be a challenge and that there is a need among many end users for regular information and training on the appropriate use of the platform. The potential of HubSpot is huge and those who can fully exploit it will be able to gain a significant market advantage.
