0th Anniversary Of The People's Republic Of China

Every year on October 1 - China's national holiday - the People's Republic commemorates its foundation since 1949, when the communist forces around Mao Zedong took over the leadership of the country and defeated the Nationalist Party. On this special day, W4 China wishes its country prosperity and wealth.

On Tuesday, President Xi Jinping will lead the presidency of a major military parade and a 100,000-person procession in Beijing to proudly commemorate the 70th anniversary of the communist leadership and its rapid development as a world power with its 5000 year-old culture.

As expected, President Xi, the most powerful Chinese leader for decades, emphasizes the role of the Communist Party in advancing the country from isolation and impoverishment 70 years ago to an important player in international relations and the world's second largest economy.

W4 China is right in the middle of the celebrations and will continue to support its customers in the Land of Dragons with sophisticated digital marketing solutions. We are motivated by the innovative spirit of the country's Internet economy and will continue to advance our Wetomation products with marketing content, concepts, design and technologies for real-time use.

Good to know

The National Day in China is celebrated every year on 1 October on the occasion of the foundation of the People's Republic of China. It is part of the "Golden Week", which lasts from 1 to 7 October. The holiday begins with the hoisting of the Chinese national flag in the capital Beijing. A series of large parades of the country's armed forces and other festivals will follow.

During this time, the entire nation is rushing through the country. The streets and especially Tiananmen Square are festively adorned with red - the colour for luck in China - and the national flag. But only very few will get a glimpse of the opulent military parades.

All ministries and public institutions hang up lanterns and banners. Potted plants are placed on the main square and combine to form a banner with balloons.
